Taystful Handmade Chocolate Course 17th November 2019
Remaining Places: 1
The Handmade Chocolate Course is a great half day where you will be introduced to different types of chocolate, be given a background in to where cocoa beans come from and how chocolate is produced, then instructed on how to make your very own tasty chocolates!
On the day we will cover hand dipped chocolates, moulded chocolates (including the use of pretty cocoa butter transfers) and two types of truffle! To take home, you will have, not only the recipes you have used on the day, but also tempering technique information, origins and production notes and of course a wonderful selection of more than 20 chocolates you have made!
