Artisan Chocolate Courses for Shop and Cafe Owners

It is always such a pleasure to have owners and staff from shops, cafes and artisan outlets coming to learn about the fascinating subject of chocolate making! Robert and Liz came for a 2 day chocolate making course, which covered recipes, information and skills of 3 of the main Taystful shorter courses.

We made lots of varieties of ganache and infused bars and bites, using a huge range of ingredients, including fresh herbs, spices, nuts, liqueurs, cream, citrus fruits, exotic fruits and berries.

As you can see, there was plenty to be taken home, and we made sure we had lots to taste on the way!
