Thank you so much, Shona, for an amazing time at your workshop in Blairgowrie on Sunday. Not only did you let us loose on your equipment and recipes but you allowed us to produce a beautiful array of chocolates to be proud of! It was beyond my expectations in every way. I particularly enjoyed the story and history of chocolate section from pod to end product...but not as much as the tasting :) If you have the chance to do this - just do it!!

We would like to thank you so so much for our truly amazing wedding cake. It was better than we could ever imagine. Some of our guests didn't realise at first that it was a cake, they thought it was made from actual wood!
And the lemon cake on the top was to die for.

Would just like to say thanks so much for a fantastic well run and fun course in Blairgowrie last month. Mhairi and I really enjoyed it and I am very keen to try out some of what we learnt with my College students and at home.

I had mentioned to Shona during the previous Gourmet Desserts course that I would like better knowledge of mirror glaze and she suggested the Entremet Glazing course.
Shona is always happy to answer all my questions and never makes you feel that it was a silly question.
The desserts made were really lovely and the course was aimed at just the right level. Shona is very relaxed and makes the courses fun.
This course was all day and I came home with 3 beautiful desserts for all my family to admire and enjoy.
Shona had recipes ready and some ingredients weighed out to help but allowed us to make the major components of each dessert. She is always happy to assist if needed and answer lots of questions.

What a fantastic way to spend a Sunday. Great teaching with new skills learned and then take it all home to enjoy. The desserts are aesthetically pleasing but taste wise they are simply outstanding. Utterly delicious!

Shona created our wedding cake and it was stunning; both visually and in taste. From initial meeting right through to the finished product, Shona has been responsive and organised tastings to help us make decisions about flavour choices (there is a vast array available). I am confident that no matter what your idea for cake may be, Shona could not just create it but will deliver something that exceeds your expectations. I just wanted to say thank you so much for our amazing wedding cake last Saturday! Everyone commented on, not only how gorgeous it was, but how amazing it tasted!! Unfortunately, it’s all gone now :( But it was utterly delicious!! Thank you so much for the hard work you put into it!

Another fabulous day spent in the Taystful kitchens with Shona. If you get the chance to do one of these courses grab it with both hands - you WON'T be disappointed. Professional, informative and most of all enjoyable.
