Bronze Medal Winner - Culinary World Cup
As a member of the Scottish Culinary team, I was lucky enough to go to the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg in November 2018!
I had created a chocolate showpiece to display in the individual event, which was transported in parts in a van to Luxembourg, and then I spent 2 days preparing the more delicate additions while in a local canteen kitchen, kindly loaned to the whole team by the Luxemburger Wort newspaper.
I was over the moon to receive a bronze medal! The standard of work and creativity was jaw dropping at the event, see more on my Facebook page!
