Piped Butter Ganache Recipe

Butter ganache is quite a different texture to cream or water ganache, it is almost mousse like, and is a good consistency for piping. It takes a bit of practice to get the piping technique down to a tee, and to coat neatly, but practice makes perfect! You can add a hint of liqueur to the ganache for an extra edge to it.
