This recipe has been a real favourite on the courses. It only requires a few pieces of equipment, but is quite labour intensive, and needs a fair amount of nicely tempered chocolate when it comes to the dipping stage to get a neat finish. It can be garnished in a number of ways, so can add variety of colours and visual textures to your chocolate selections.
