White Chocolate and Vanilla Half Sphere Recipe

This is a real favourite with white chocolate lovers! Using good quality white couverture chocolate, it isn't unbearably sweet however. Vanilla seeds straight out the pod are still in my eyes a real luxury, and with the intensity of it here, there is no need to complicate with other flavours.

It is made using a polycarbonate half sphere mould, but of course other shapes of mould or truffle spheres can be used. I sometimes dust the inside of the mould with gold lustre to give an even more luxurious impact.
